1:1 coaching is the highest level of support Meade Performance offers. Your programme is built from scratch around you — your goals, your sport, your schedule, and your current level.

We start with a detailed consultation call to understand exactly where you are and where you want to go. From there, every session, every block, and every adjustment is designed specifically for you. Direct access, weekly check-ins, and real-time programme updates.

This isn't a plan you follow. It's a coaching relationship built entirely around you, from Day 1.
