What sport is this for?

The Accelerator is built mainly for GAA athletes. If you play a different sport, you'd be better suited to my 1:1 programme where everything is built specifically around you. You can inquire here.

Do I need to be a certain level to join?

No specific level required. You need to be serious about improving and willing to be consistent. Club athletes at all levels — junior to senior — have gone through this system and seen real results.

How much time per week does this take?

Sessions are short and built for real life — typically 2–3 S&C sessions per week, each 45–60 minutes. Everything is structured around your existing sport training and matches so you're not adding hours on top of an already full schedule.

What if I get injured mid-programme?

We adapt. The programme is designed to keep you building even when something comes up. If a significant injury occurs, we modify training to work around it — or pause and extend your access so you get the full 8 weeks of value.

When does it start once I join?

Once you join, your programme lands in the Training App within 24 hours of confirmation. Day 1 is your baseline screen — a short but thorough assessment of where your body is at so everything from week 1 is built on real data.

What equipment do I need?

Access to a gym with a barbell and space to move or run. A standard gym with a squat rack and open floor space is everything you need.

Do you do 1:1 check-ins?

No — but you're not on your own. You get unlimited group support, monthly group calls, and your programme is adjusted every month based on your feedback. If you ever really hit a wall, we can jump on a 1:1 SOS Call to get you back on track.
